Members can report debates, arguments, blog posts and other members. Our team reviews reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms. We may act without notice where we think it is needed to protect the community.
The Elevate Debate name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission, except as these terms allow.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the platform. You can stop using Elevate Debate at any time, and you can close your account yourself in Settings, under Your data, or ask us to do it by contacting support.
Elevate Debate is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. Opinions posted by members are theirs alone and do not represent the views of Elevate Debate.
To the extent the law allows, Elevate Debate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the platform, or from content posted by members.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make an important change we will tell members, and the date at the top of this page will change. Using the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
